This is a contact page with some basic contact information and a contact form.

I am here to tell you that you are not alone. I deal with bipolar, depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. These are issues I have dealt with for many years and the bipolar took until my later 40’s to get the diagnosis. I had a feeling and thankful for A.I.D. in Aurora, Illinois for helping me. Yes there are organizations that can help you. DO NOT let money be a factor, EVER. Here are some organizations to contact for help. Please do not wait, find someone you trust if you feel suicidal immediately or as always call 911. Please do not let any thoughts, confusion, areas you are questioning go unmet. It does not mean you are bad or wrong. We ALL need to find ourselves and there is support out there.
