Today we watched our church service online. We went through the passage of Acts 15.

I am here to tell you that you are not alone. I deal with bipolar, depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. These are issues I have dealt with for many years and the bipolar took until my later 40’s to get the diagnosis. I had a feeling and thankful for A.I.D. in Aurora, Illinois for helping me. Yes there are organizations that can help you. DO NOT let money be a factor, EVER. Here are some organizations to contact for help. Please do not wait, find someone you trust if you feel suicidal immediately or as always call 911. To get assistance in the Auora, Illinois area (they may know of other areas) please go to, http://aidcares.org. To get more information about your mental illness or how you can help a family member or friend please go to http://nami.org. If you feel suicidal and have no where to go, one you can call 911, two you can contact friends, family, or a clergyman, three you cantact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255. You can also visit their website if you need information or ways to help someone at http://SuicidePreventionLifeline.org. Please do not let any thoughts, confusion, areas you are questioning go unmet. It does not mean you are bad or wrong. We ALL need to find ourselves and there is support out there.
